Jhajjar, January 23: Another Punjab farmer died reportedly of cardiac arrest at Tikri border in the wee hours of Saturday.
He was identified as Harvinder Singh (48) of Mansa district.
Farmers have been protesting at the Delhi borders for close to two months now. The 11 rounds of talks between the protesting farmers and the Centre have not led to anything substantial.
