Reports on CPS Suresh Kumar resignation baseless

Reports appearing in a section of the media regarding the resignation of Chief Principal Secretary of the Chief Minister Suresh Kumar are totally, said an official spokesperson Saturday. Refuting the media reports, the official spokesman clarified that Mr. Suresh Kumar had not offered his resignation at all, So there is no question of accepting the same.

Automation forces Zomato to lay off 541 employees across support teams

Food delivery platform Zomato on Saturday said it has retrenched a total of 541 people -- 10 per cent of the company's strength -- across customer, merchant and delivery partner support teams, owing to Artificial Intelligence-driven bots and automation.

11 new members appointed to PSSSB

The Punjab Government Saturday issued orders for the appointment of eleven new members of the Punjab State Subordinate Selection Board (PSSSB). The notification in this regard has also been issued. The appointment of these new members would take effect from the day they assume charge of office.
