Chandigarh, February 14, 2018 : Suresh Kumar Case: The Double bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed the single Bench order quashing the appointment of Suresh Kumar as Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
The court of Justice Mr Mahesh Grover and Justice Rajveer Sherawat adjourned the hearing for April 17 , 2018.
Former Union Finance Minister P. Chidambram represented the state of Punjab.
The single Bench order was challenged by the Punjab government.
