E-Auction for prime residential, commercial properties in Patiala, Sangrur, Nabha & Amargarh

Patiala Development Authority (PDA) on Tuesday has begun an e-auction of residential and commercial properties situated in areas falling under its jurisdiction. As per the schedule, the e-auction will culminate at 1PM on December 16, 2022.

Revealing details about the e-auction, an official spokesperson of the Housing & Urban Development Department stated that a total 220 properties would be available for bidding. Sites put up for auction are situated in Patiala, Sangrur, Nabha and Amargarh cities and are idle to own a place for living or start a business, he added.

The residential properties available for bidding includes 90 plots with lowest property being placed at reserve price of Rs. 15.03 Lac. At the same time, the commercial properties for which bidders can bid include 43 booths, 40 shops, 21 SCO, 24 double storey shops and 2 SCF. For commercial properties Rs. 17.79 Lac would be the starting price, informed the spokesperson.

To find out the detailed terms and conditions as well as for bidding, the interested bidders will have to register themselves on the e-auction portal www.puda.e-auctions.in, he added.
