Chandigarh, April 11: Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday criticized Central HRD ministry and Panjab University Chandigarh authorities for PU fee hike for fresher students up the us 1100%.
In a press statement, AAP youth wing state president Harjot Singh Bains said the apathy of the government is responsible for letting down the education system in India.
