As the release date of Punjabi biopic, ‘Harjeeta’ is coming close, the makers of the movie decided to stir some more buzz by releasing the new song ‘Sajna Je Sambhall Gaya’. With heart touching lyrics and soothing music, it’s a soft Punjabi track that will soon become a playlist staple.
Love cannot always be a rosy picture, and that’s what the track is all about. It features the lead pair Ammy Virk and Sawan Rupowalia parting their ways, and thus, in short, the song is a melody for nursing broken hearts.
Sung by Prabh Gill, the emotional song has Maninder Kailey’s lyrics and Gurmeet Singh’s music. Releasing this Friday on May 18, ‘Harjeeta’ is a real-life story of Harjeet Singh Tuli.
The movie is an attempt to summarise Harjeet’s journey from a carefree kid to the captain that made Indian hockey team win the world cup.
