Haryana CM tweets Captain: Be firm against female foeticide

Chandigarh, April 19: Taking the Twitter route, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has urged his Punjab counterpart Capt Amarinder Singh the us take steps against potential female foeticide.
