Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab’s chief ministerial candidate and Member Parliament Bhagwant Mann is campaigning with a will for Punjab Assembly Elections. Mann is covering five-six constituencies in a day and increasing the popularity of Aam Aadmi Party among the people. On Monday, AAP Punjab President campaigned in favour of AAP candidate Sajjan Singh Cheema from Sultanpur Lodhi assembly constituency and appealed to the people to hit the button of a ‘Jharoo’ to form the Aam Aadmi Party government.
The people of Sultanpur Lodhi welcomed Bhagwant Mann in their constituency with great enthusiasm and gathered in large numbers to listen to AAP leader. Addressing the public, Mann appealed them to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party and said that the future of you, your children and Punjab will be decided on February 20th. So this time, vote for to save the future of Punjab and your children without being misled by anyone.
Mann accused the Akali Dal and Congress of colluding and said that the Akali-Congress have been looting Punjab for the last 50 years. The common people are getting poorer, but the coffers of the leaders of these parties are getting bigger every day. Together, both the parties always fooled the people of Punjab and came to power in turn with connivance. In the 2017 elections also, both the parties were united to defeat the Aam Aadmi Party. Now the two are fielding together again. We have to understand their conspiracies and be careful. This time wipe out Akali Dal and Congress by pressing the button of ‘Jharoo’ and end the rule of corruption and mafia in Punjab.
Mann said that the Aam Aadmi Party is a party of the common people. Our candidates are people from ordinary families. They are aware of the plight of the common people. Even after winning, they will remain among you and will support you in your happiness and sorrow. AAP government will be the government of the common people. The problems of all sections of the people including the poor and downtrodden will be heard and they will be resolved immediately. Our aim is to make the life of every common person of Punjab prosperous and happy.
