Punjabi singer-actor Jassie Gill has been making headlines of late owing to his Bollywood debut ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’. Recently, a rumor of Jassie bagging another B-town project was doing the rounds. Reportedly, he signed a movie opposite Kangana Ranaut.
However, the spokesperson of the singer-actor he denied the report. He said, “We have done one Bollywood movie and are looking at scripts for the next. We are in touch with different production houses, but nothing has been finalized as of now.”
Right now Jassie Gill is overseas busy in the shooting of director-turned-producer Pankaj Batra’s maiden production. Two of his movies are soon to be screened on the 70MM, one of which is his Bollywood debut ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’, slated to release on 24 August, while his Punjabi movie ‘Mr & Mrs 420 Returns’ will hit the box office on 15 August.
