Lokpal Punjab acknowledges coffee table book on ‘Spiritual Journey of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji’

 Chandigarh – 3rd August , Lokpal Punjab Mr. Justice Vinod K. Sharma was today presented the  Coffee Table Book depicting “Spiritual Journey of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib” authored by  Punjab based Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu in the  presence of Addl. Director General of Police, Lokpal (Punjab) Smt. Shashi Prabha Dwivedi, IPS and Registrar Lokpal today in Punjab Civil Secretariat Chandigarh.

Justice Vinod K. Sharma appreciated the dedicated work initiated by Advocate Harpreet Sandhu, and described the Coffee Table Book to be of immense interest as the book highlights the historical Shrines related to the pious life journey of Ninth Sikh Guru, who is addressed as “Hind Di Chadar” as he sacrificed his life protecting the religious freedom of others. He said the relevance and timing of the Coffee Table Book has been most appropriate keeping in view the ongoing 400 Year of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib.

Justice Vinod K. Sharma further acknowledged the  commitment and  dedication of Author Harpreet Sandhu, to spread the message of universal brotherhood and truthfulness through this Coffee Table Book, which deserves whole hearted admiration and said that this Coffee table Book will imbibe values of sacrifice and uprightness within the people of Punjab. ADGP Lokpal, Shashi Prabha Dwivedi, IPS felicitated Harpreet Sandhu for coming up with this unique  Coffee Table Book, which is replete with colourful visuals of the sacred Shrines wherein the Ninth Sikh Guru left his foot prints from his Birth till Martyrdom.
