Date:

Ropar, July 20: A local court on Friday framed charges under various sections of the IPC including 354 (assault or criminal force against woman with an intent to outrage her modesty) against AAP’s Ropar MLA Amarjit Singh Sandoa.

The MLA was booked on July 29 last year for allegedly molesting and attacking his former landlady. In her complaint, the woman had told the police that Sandoa had vacated her house in April without paying the rent for a month.
