Dharamshala, December 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived here for the Jan Aabhar rally being organised by the BJP government in the state to mark its one year in power.
The PM was welcomed by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, former CM Prem Kumar Dhumal, Kangra BJP MP Shanta Kumar and Union Health Minister JP Nadda.
About 30,000 BJP workers filled the police grounds for the rally.
Massive security arrangements caused inconvenience to the locals.
