People have golden opportunity to save Punjab from traditional political parties: Bhagwant Mann

Date:

Amritsar/Chandigarh, 11 February
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab Chief Ministerial Candidate Bhagwant Mann said that this time, people have a golden opportunity to save Punjab from traditional political parties, looting the state for the last 70 years. On Friday, Mann was campaigning in several places of Amritsar in support of AAP candidates, (ADC) Jaswinder Singh, Baldev Singh, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Sukhjinder Raj Singh Lali Majithia.

While addressing the public, Bhagwant Mann appealed to them not to vote for those traditional parties and their leaders who have ruined Punjab. He said due to unemployment and lack of proper education infrastructure, the youth of Punjab is forced to go abroad. Mann said that the Aam Aadmi Party is the only party that can make Punjab prosperous again. So, the people of Amritsar should press the button of “Jharoo” on February 20 and form the Aam Aadmi Party government.

Bhagwant Mann said that despite being a famous district of Punjab, Amritsar still lacks basic modern facilities. The governments of Congress, Akali Dal Badal, and Bhartiya Janata Party have not taken any concrete steps to develop schools, colleges and hospitals in this border constituency. After getting votes, the dynastic local political leaders disappeared from their respective constituencies every time. That is why Attari, Rajasansi, Ajnala and Majithia constituencies are still facing various problems. Mann assured that the AAP government will build world-class schools and provide free electricity, water, and monthly allowance to women. He said that this time, with the support of the people of Amritsar, Aam Aadmi Party will form the government in Punjab with a clear Majority.
