The Chief Minister said that the application would go a long way in providing seamless services to the people related to property matters. The online process would also make the e-auction more convenient and give a common platform to the promoters/builders/individuals for advertising their projects/properties online.

Besides further improving the delivery of PUDA services, it would help check delays in sanction of Building Plans, issuance of No Objection Certificate, issuance of Conveyance Deed and Transfer of Property etc. All these services are currently offered offline.

Dedicating the online services to the people, the Chief Minister said the applicants would now get the option of submitting applications through online or offline systems. The facility would save precious time and money for the allottees, he added.

Housing and Urban Development Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa informed the Chief Minister that module would be web-based and would also be available as an app both on android and IOS.

The module would also act as an advertising medium for the promoters and builders who, by registering on it, would be able to publicize their projects. Besides, the promoters and the individuals could also avail the facility of selling/ renting/ leasing out their properties by posting information of their property on the module, the Minister added.

Complete details like the nature of the property i.e. residential or commercial, plots or flats, area and location, name of the builder or owner, status of RERA registration etc. would be uploaded on the module, he informed the Chief Minister.

On the occasion, Additional Chief Secretary Housing & Urban Development Vini Mahajan said the public works department also rolled out QR based e-water bill service. As per this, consumers, after installing the PUDA 360 mobile app on their mobiles, would be able to generate their bills on their own by scanning the water meter and generating a QR Code, she added.
