It really feels good when our singers make efforts to keep the tradition and literature of Punjab of yesteryears alive. Not only they modernize it, but also make our youth listen to the old and folk music of Punjab that they have never heard. And this time it’s Ranjeet Bawa whose new project is releasing on June 5 and he has chosen a Kavishri by Baabu Rajab Ali. His version will be titled as Baabu ji and trailer has already been released under the label of Speed Records

Music to his version has been given by Nikk Dhammu. Poster has been designed by Dhiman Productions and this motion Poster is given by Varinder Comrade Video, which is yet to be released, has been directed by Frame Singh. One thing that I missed is Ranjeet Bawa looks typical desi and ghaint. Here’s the video….
