Chandigarh, October 7:
Jalandhar Development Authority and Amritsar Development Authority are offering prime properties in major cities i.e. Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Batala, Jalandhar, Phagwara, Kapurthala and Sultanpur Lodhi. These urban properties are available for purchase via e-auctions.
Giving details about these properties, an official spokesperson of Housing & Urban Development Department said that Amritsar Development Authority is offering 13 SCOs, 99 residential plots, one school site having price of Rs.3.58 crore situated in Gurdaspur and another school site having price of Rs.5.25 crore situated in Batala, one multi-use site located in Gurdaspur having price of Rs.6.10 crore. E-auction of these properties will commence on October 20, 2022 and conclude on October 31, 2022.
Jalandhar Development Authority is also holding e-auction of 105 commercial sites including SCO, SCS, SCF, convenient booths, convenient shops etc. and 41 residential plots. Other than these, one school site having reserve price of Rs.2.20 crore situated in Sultanpur Lodhi and 3 chunk sites having prices of Rs 6.36 crore, Rs 11.73 crore and Rs. 26.89 crore respectively, all situated in Jalandhar are also available for bidding. The e-auction for these properties has started from September 30, 2022 and will culminate on October 17, 2022.
The spokesperson said that details pertaining to the properties including reserve price, nature, location plans, payment and other terms & conditions are available on the auction portal www.puda.e-auctions.in. Possession of the auctioned sites shall be handed over to the successful bidders within a period of 90 days from the issuance of allotment letter. Early handover of the sites would enable the allottees to start construction at the earliest and subsequently use the site for the purpose it meant, be it residential or commercial.
For participating in the e-auction, he informed, the intending bidders shall be required to sign up on the auction portal and obtain user ID and password. Bidders shall be required to deposit refundable/adjustable eligibility fee by way of Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/RTGS/NEFT.
