Chandigarh, July 12: The Punjab Government on Wednesday issued Transfer/ Posting orders of 18 IPS and 12 PPS officers with immediate effect.
An official spokesperson said that out of 18 IPS officers, Jaskaran Singh has been posted as IGP PAP, Gurpreet Singh Bhullar becomes AIG CI, Punjab, Surjit Singh goes as AIG Crime Punjab, S. Boopathi will be the new AIG Vigilance Bureau, Punjab, Sukhminder Singh Mann has been posted as AIG/SSOC, Amritsar, Additional charge of AIG CI Amritsar (in addition to his own duties).
Naveen Singla goes as AIG SB-1, Swapan Sharma becomes SSP Ropar, Patil Ketan Baliram has been posted as Commandant 5th IRB, Amritsar, Gaurav Garg is the new AIG SPU, Dr. Nanak Singh is now SSP, Bathinda, Deepak Hilori goes as SSP SBS Nagar, Sandeep Garg will be new SSP Sangrur while Dhruv Dahiya goes as SSP Khanna.
Akhil Chaudhary has been posted as Commandant 36th Bn., PAP Bahadurgarh, while Gulneet Singh Khurana will be new SSP Fazilka, Charanjit Singh goes as SP SPU, Bhagirath Singh Meena becomes SP SPU and Gaurav Toora will be new ADCP Hqrs, Amritsar.
In PPS officers, Swarandeep Singh is the new SSP Batala, while Satinder Singh goes as SSP Kapurthala. Varinder Singh Brar has been posted as SSP Ludhiana (Rural), Navjot Singh is the new SSP Jalandhar (Rural), Mandeep Singh Sidhu will be posted as SSP Patiala and Manjit Singh Dhesi is new SSP Sri Muktsar Sahib.
Mandheer Singh has been posted as SSP Mansa, Opinderjit Singh Ghuman will be posted as Commandant 27th Bn. PAP Jalandhar (with addl. charge of AIG OCCU, Jalandhar), Sushil Kumar is new AIG Crime Punjab, Parambir Singh Parmar goes as Commandant 9th Bn., PAP Amritsar, Sandeep Kumar Sharma is the new AIG Personnel-3, CPO Punjab and Raj Bachan Singh Sandhu will be posted as SSP Faridkot.
