Ontario, February 15: As many as 150 Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supporters gathered at the Chandni Banquet Hall at 125 Chrysler Road in Brampton on Feb 13, Sunday.

According to the organizers, due to the ongoing influence of various variants of Covid, the gathering may have been less than expected but there is still a lot of enthusiasm among the people for the Aam Aadmi Party. Masking protocols were fully complied with.

Speakers on the occasion shared information about the current position of their district assembly candidates in the current elections and the upcoming programs and policies of the Aam Aadmi Party.

They said that Punjabis have been voting for Congress and Akali Dal for the last 75 years and the leaders of these two parties have looted Punjab and become rich. Even crores of currency notes are being found in the homes of the close relatives of these leaders.

Now is the time to oust these traditional parties from power and form an honest government in Punjab that will make the state prosperous.

Almost all the parties were talking of giving away many free items and even distributing scooters to girls which was just a hoax. Four or six days this ‘ho-halla’ then everything falls into the cold storage.

People should not fall into this trap and cast their votes honestly.

In the end, slogans of “Hindustan Zindabad”, “Bharat Mata Zindabad”, “Imandari Zindabad” and “Aam Aadmi Party Zindabad” were raised.

Many radio and TV channels covered the gathering. The organizers included Sudip Singla, Gurdeep Dhillon, Ashok Sharma, Ajit Singh Virk, Capt. Iqbal Singh Virk, Rani Kohinoor.
