AAP to contest all LS and Assembly seats: Jaihind

Date:

Yamunanagar, December 26: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) state president Naveen Jaihind on Tuesday said that AAP would field its candidates on all Lok Sabha and Assembly seats in the state next year.

“We will make a clean sweep of all 10 Lok Sabha seats and all 90 Assembly segments in Haryana like we did in the Delhi,” he said.

Jaihind was interacting with mediapersons here. He said that all sections of society were unhappy with the “anti-people” polices of the state government.

He said examination centres for recruitment to government posts were located at long distances, causing problems for the unemployed youth.

“Questions which have nothing to do the profession are being asked in examinations for Group-D posts and other government jobs,” said Jaihind.

He said if the party was voted to power, polices for the betterment of all sections of society would be prepared. “Around two lakh government posts are lying vacant. Our government will fill these after coming to power,” he said.

He welcomed Satish Sharma Dhaurang into the AAP fold. Sharma had contested the Assembly election as an Independent from the Radaur Assembly segment in the district in 2014.
