Chandigarh, July 7:
Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board has issued revised advertisement to fill 659 vacancies of Junior Draftsman (Civil, Mechanical and Architectural) under direct recruitment.
Giving information in this regard, the Chairman of the Board Mr. Raman Behl said that the board has withdrawn the advertisement no 2 of 2021 on 15-01-2021, under which applications have been invited for 547 vacancies of Junior Draftsman (Civil, Mechanical and Architectural) under direct recruitment.
Various writ petitions were filed by several higher qualified candidates. The petitioners requested to consider them for these posts. Now the concerned departments have agreed to consider higher qualified candidates for these posts. On this basis, Advertisement no. 12 of 2021 has been issued to seek applications from eligible candidates online on the Board’s website www.sssb.punjab.gov.in from 08.07.2021 to 22.07.2021.
